Gurdwara Shri Nanak Bagichi Sahib , Mathura
This sacred place, located in the city of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, has been blessed by the presence of SRI GURU NANAK DEV JI. GURU SAHIB stayed in mathura four months with Bhai Mardana Ji. Initially, Guru Sahib halted at a place near Gau Ghat, but due to rising water levels in the Yamuna River, they moved to this spot. The water at this site was salty, and the Sangat suggested relocating. However, Guru Sahib said, "Kartaar will take care of it." He then instructed Bhai Mardana Ji to draw water from the well, and when Bhai Mardana Ji did so, the water came out sweet. Guru Sahib stayed at this place for over a month.
