GURUDWARA SHRI GOBIND PURA SAHIB is situated in the AMBALA CITY. Its situated near GURUDWARA SHRI MANJI SAHIB. SHRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI along with his MAMA JI Shri Kirpal Chand ji. GURU SAHIB came to place where GURUDWARA SHRI BADSHAHI BAAG is situated, on hunting trip on his Horse. GURU SAHIB was only of Eight years at that time and was having white hawk (BAAZ ). Peer Amir Din was also present in the Baag with a his Own Hawk. The Baag belonged to Amir Din. When Amir din saw white hawk in GURU SAHIB's hands, he started thinking of owing it. He challenged GURU SAHIB for fight between the hawks. GURU SAHIB JI realising the intentions offered the fight between his Hawk and Sparrows. Pir laughed and said sparrow to be the food of Hawk. But GURU SAHIB repeated his words. Then pir asked ok where are your sparrows, GURU SAHIB pointed towards the two Sparrows that were sitting on the tree. With Blessing of GURU SAHIB sparrows fought bravely and killed the Hawk. The hawk fell down at about a kilometer away from the Baag at this place. Then GURU SAHIB Said this words.
